Import custom fields

Load an export JSON file, choose fields, and upsert them via the FieldInsight public API.

Expected shape: {"site":[...],"jobs":[...],"assets":[...]}. PUT supports textarea, select, and date (text is mapped to textarea).

Asset types

Destination asset types from GET /public-api/asset-types/ for this account. On import, field asset_types from the JSON are matched by name to these IDs (source IDs are never copied). Load them here before importing, or they will be fetched automatically on import.

Include unsupported types (import as Text) The import API only supports textarea, select, and date. Other types (signature, image_list, …) can still be selected and will be created as textarea. Tick this to select them by default; downgrades are listed after import so you can fix them by hand.
